Steven Gendler
Steven Gendler serves as Principal for MIS Capital LLC with responsibility for project conception, financing and overall project development and budgeting. Institutional projects for which he provided real estate, financing and development services include Independence Charter School, American Institute of Architects and Center for Architecture, Greene Towne School, Charter High School for Architecture & Design, Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart, Wisahickon Charter School and Gwynedd Mercy Elementary School.  His latest education / performing arts project was selected by the Federal Department of Energy for a Ground Source Heat Pump Award from the 2009 American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of approximately $1,700,000. Full resume

David Colman serves as a Principal of MIS Capital LLC with primary responsibility for due diligence, oversight of project design and management from conception to occupancy. Current projects include a new private elementary school in North Philadelphia and a new performing arts and graduate school facility in Center City Philadelphia.
