Lincoln Square

A joint venture between Alterra and MIS Capital is purchasing and has secured zoning approvals for a 3.4-acre, full square city block site situated on the northwest corner of Broad and Washington Streets. Lincoln Square, as the project has been named, promises to be one of Philadelphia’s premiere transit-oriented, mixed-use developments.

Featuring 322 apartments with a plethora of amenities, over 100,000 square feet of retail anchored by a grocery store, and over 400 parking spaces, the project will help create a southern anchor for Philadelphia’s fast developing Avenue of the Arts. Architectural and engineering are well underway, retail leasing is gaining momentum, and construction is slated to begin in Q1 of 2017.

Completion is scheduled for late 2018.
