Steven H Gendler

Steven Gendler is a Principal of MIS Capital LLC.  He is responsible for project conception, financing and transaction structuring, overall project development and budget.

Institutional projects for which he has provided real estate, financing and development services include Independence Charter School, AIA Center for Architecture, Greene Towne School, Charter High School for Architecture & Design, Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart, Mathematics, Civics & Sciences Charter School and Gwynedd Mercy Academy-Elementary Division.

Mr. Gendler also served for 16 years as a Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Center City Philadelphia office, which he joined in 2002. For the past twenty three years, he has specialized in tenant representation and institutional owner representation with specific expertise in real estate development. Mr. Gendler has been involved with over 1.4 million square feet of tenant representation assignments, over 600,000 square feet of build-to-suit development projects and over $130 million worth of real estate acquisitions on behalf of clients.
